PCs AND Macs
(For use with Rolf, section 6.2)
 

In the Venn diagram at the right,
Let P be the set of students who use PCs
Let M be the set of students who use Macs

31 students were asked whether they used PCs and/or Macs, with these results :
25 students used only one of the two computer types
22 students used PCs
5 students used neither computer type (See below)
