Edward was a highly decorated veteran, flying B-17s during World War II and surviving six
air crashes. Previously, he had flown with the British Royal Air Force. He worked on the
Nenno family history, eventually contributing to this record. He married, and had at least
one child, Donald Albert Nenno (born 10 December 1951); Donald has 3 daughters,
two of whom are married with their own children. Edward died on 24 Jan 1990.
