Who is Professor Baica?

Dr. Malvina Baica is a number theorist who studied under Jurgen Schmidt, Leon Bernstein, and Helmut Hasse. Hasse, Bernstein and Carlitz directed her Ph.D. in Mathematics. Dr. Baica has tackled two problems that have been challenging mathematicians for over 250 years: The Binary Goldbach Problem and Fermat's Last Theorem.

This website was created to publish Professor Baica's work in an easily accessible format and present an alternative approach to some of the principal problems of algebra and number theory using the techniques of algebraic number theory. Read what others are saying about her work.
