"Alice W. Ceal_t, Jan 30, ' 90 " (last name uncertain, reproduced below).
On a photocopy prior to 1982, Glendon V. Weir wrote "Alice W. Calvert, a Weir
relation, taken 1890 in Lockport, NY". Photo by Smiths,
76 Main Street, Lockport, NY. The photo is defective, with an extensive web
of black spots across the face, which does not appear to be mold on the print,
but rather a defect in the printing process.
