THIS IS THE LAST WILL and testament of
Robert Harris of old Cleeve Somerset [Gentleman] Whereas my children
Elizabeth and Jane have already been provided for by me upon their respective
marriages. Now I do hereby give devise and bequeath all my [messuages] tenements
[lands][...] and real estate and all my [Copyhold] and Customary estates
and also all my goods chattels rights credits Personal and [Testamentary] estate
and effects unto and equally between my children Anthony Robert [Louisa]
and Harriet their heirs executors Administrators and assigns respectively according
to the respective natures and qualities thereof as tenants in [comition] and I do
hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said children Anthony Robert Louisa
and Harriet executors of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty third day of July one thousand eight
hundred and thirty seven. Robert Harris [initial] Signed sealed published declared
by the said testator as for and to be his last will and testament in the presence of us
who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto

PROVED at London 26th August 1837 before the judge by the oaths of
Louisa Harris and Harriet Harris spinsters the daughters two of the executors
to whom [...] was granted having been first sworn by [...] duly to
administer power reserved of making the [life] grant to Anthony Harris [and] Robert
Harris respectively [...] the only the other executors when they shall attain the age of
twenty one and apply for the same.
