George De Vos (in May 2001) states that these
people are Georgina Stegun and her father
George. The picture was apparently sent to or
from Herman Tack, who ran a tavern in Machelin
Writing (Flemish) was on back side,
translated by Chris DeVeth, of Bruxelles, Belgium:
"Dat is van uwe Schoonzuster en broeder.
Herman en Helene en Georgette Tack."
"This is from your sister-in-law and brother.
Herman and Helene and Georgette Tack."
