Identity unknown. This print made by Cummings in Baltimore, the same studio which
produced the opposing print, these two being the only
prints in this album made by Cummings; a related photo
by Cummings appears in the Hannah Landis album. Baltimore is not far from the
original home of Edmund Landis. Note the child's large
ears. One candidate is Edmund Robinson Landis, first
grandson of Edmund Landis Sr. born Sept 1887, which would date this photo 1890-2.
Leslie Bellais (Wisconsin Historical Soc.) states that most children's clothes in this
album, including these, date from the 1880's.
