Kelly, Charlotte

I Charlotte Kelly (Widow) of Knocknacloy Eglish Dungannon, farmer, make this my last Will and Testament, dated this 23rd day of December, 1907. I nominate the Rev. William John Latimer, of Eglish, and Mr Edward Reid of Boland, Eglish, Executors of this my last Will and Testament. I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts and all necessary expenses connected with winding up my estate. I direct my farms, furniture, stock, crop and everything else that I possess to be sold, and that the money I have invested to be realized and all placed in one common stock. Out of my estate when realized, I leave and bequeath to my daughter Mary Anne Wright fifty pounds for her daughter Sarah Olivia, if said Mrs. Wright think it well to apply the money this way; and in like manner I leave and bequeath to my daughter Matilda Maria Wilson for her daughter Elizabeth Wilson, if the said Mrs. Wilson think it right to apply the money this way. I also leave and bequeath ten pounds sterling to my granddaughter Ethel Mary Irwin. All the remainder of what my realized estate produces is to be divided equally between my children Andrew John Kelly, Matilda Maria Wilson, Mary Anne Wright, and Emily Best
