Kelly, Joseph
I Joseph Kelly of Knocknacloy Eglish Dungannon, farmer, revoking all Wills and testaments previously made, make this my last Will and Testament dated this twenty-first day of April , one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three. I nominate and appoint my brother Robert Kelly, and my wife Charlotte Kelly, Executors of this my last Will and Testament. I dispose of my worldly goods as follows: To my beloved wife , I give and bequeath all the money now standing in our joint names. To my son Joseph Kelly, I give and bequeth all my farms together with their stock, crop, farming implements, and as much of the household furniture as is not claimed by my wife To my son James I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds sterling above what is standing in our joint names, and in like manner, I give and bequeath one hundred pounds sterling to my son Andrew John in case he please the Executors, to be paid only when they choose, and not at all if they think it right to withhold it. To my daughter Maria Matilda Wilson, I give and bequeath the sum of fifteen pounds sterling over and above the sum standing in our joint names. If there be any money at interest which has not been disposed of by the above legacies, I give and bequeath it in trust to my beloved wife Charlotte Kelly to be divided by her amonst my sons and daughters in such proportion as she choose. But in case my son James die before me, or in case he die within twelve months after my death, I give and bequeath one hundred pounds sterling of his share to my son Andrew John on the same conditions as I left him the other sum of one hundred pounds -- the executors to have the same discretionary powers. And the other two hundred pounds of James' share I give and bequeath equally amongst my four daughters Maria Matilda, Charlotte, Mary Anne, Emily Jane -- (signed) Joseph Kelly Signed by the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in presence of us witnesses who have signed in presence of the Testator and of each other , all three being present together
