- Friedrich Wilhelm Brinkmeyer , born 16 June 1844 in Hardissen, Lippe, Germany. Remained in Germany and inherited the family farm in Hardissen.
He married first to Konradine Caroline Sophie Flügel, and this couple raised 2 children: Friedrich Wilhelm Ludwig Brinkmeyer,
and Emil Brinkmeyer. Friedrich Wilhelm Brinkmeyer mariied a second time to Emilie Berta Schalk; this couple had no
children. Friedrich Wilhelm Brinkmeyer married a third time to Mathilde Wilhelmine Schalk (b. 2 April 1847, d. 10 Sept 1931);
this couple had 5 children: Amelie, Mathilde Martha Clara, Clara Bertha, Agnes Amalie, and Martin.
Friedrich Wilhelm died 10 July 1896.
- Frederick Gustav Brinkmeyer (Gustav), born 19 June 1860 in Lippe Detmold, Germany. Emigrated to Hubbard, Iowa, in 1883.
In 1884, he married Minna Dubberke, and this couple raised 10 (11?) children.
Gustav died at noon, 28 June 1933.
