This last Will and Testament of me Martha McFarland of Grange Ballygawley in the County of Tyrone. I leave devise and bequeath to my executors hereinafter named all my money whatsoever which I may die possessed of or entitled to upon trust as follows:

1st Upon Trust within twelve months of my decease out of the hundred pounds sterling standing in my name in the Provincial Bank of Ireland at Dungannon to pay over to each of my nieces Charlotte McFarland, 38 Merrion Square, Dublin, and Maria Matilda Wilson of Kilkarn, Co. Armagh, the sum of fifty pounds sterling.

2nd Out of the One hundred and thirty pounds sterling standing in my name in the Belfast Bank Dungannon to pay within twelve months of my decease to my dear sister with whom I am living, Mary McCaughan of Grange, Co. Tyrone, the sum of One hundred pounds sterling (£100) and at the same time to pay to the representative body of the Church of Ireland, and incorporated under the name of the Representative Church Body, the sum of twenty pounds stg (£20) for the endowment of the Parish of Ballygawley of which I am a member.

The interest of the said twenty pounds stg to be applied towards the assessment of the said Parish to which I now subscribe annually, with the balance of ten pounds and any other sum I may die possessed of or entitled to, I direct my executors to pay my funeral expenses and the cost of probate of this my last Will.

I hereby nominate & appoint the Revd Thomas Nash, Incumbent of Ballygawley and my dear nephew Robert R. Clements Executors of my Will dated 19th day of February, One thousand eight hundred and ninety eight.
